Beautiful decor makes for a charming atmosphere.
The room I stayed in was disappointing and poorly ventilated. The bathroom became unbearably hot and humid, making it uncomfortable to use. To make matters worse, I was charged for drinks I didn't consume because of a mix-up with the honor bar system. This led to frustration and an overall negative experience.

A breakfast to remember
Woke up to delightful breakfast aromas wafting through the air. The charming staff treated us like old friends, making our stay truly unforgettable.
Our ground-floor room faced the busy street, limiting privacy. Mornings were lively but could get a bit noisy with kitchen clatter and chatter.

Perfect for a Quiet Getaway
I had the chance to enjoy the quiet charm of this place, where the breakfast every morning felt like a feast! The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, even helping me out with local dining options and transport while making me feel like family.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but for the experience, I’d say worth it.

A Memorable Retreat in the Heart of the City!
We truly enjoyed our four-night stay in a beautifully appointed Deluxe King Room. The breakfast was a delightful surprise each morning, and the artistic ambiance throughout the place made it feel like a personal gallery. For those who love fresh air, request a quieter room away from the street.

Casa Comtesse was a delightful find. The ambiance immediately transported us from the bustling city to a tranquil haven. The decor has unique touches with art that adds character to the place. Breakfast was a highlight. every day brought something new that was both fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. Juan, in particular, made excellent drinks and added a personal touch to our stay. However, there were a few hiccups. The room we stayed in was a bit noisy due to its proximity to a bus stop, which might not be ideal for light sleepers. They did supply earplugs, but still, it disrupted the peaceful vibe we were hoping for. Additionally, the shower had a slow drain, which was a bit inconvenient. Regardless of these minor issues, we enjoyed our time and would definitely consider returning.

Amazing stay and friendly vibes!
What a wonderful place! The staff were super nice, especially Fernando and Alex. The breakfast was always a treat, and how cool was the mezcal tasting on our last night? Wish there was more variety in dining options nearby, but the cozy bar/lounge area made up for it!

Staying here was like a cozy retreat for my family! The beautiful courtyard with a tree swing was perfect for the kids to play while we relaxed with our morning coffee. Plus, the local shops and cafes in the neighborhood were amazing to explore.
For dads, it would be great if there were more family activities available.
